1. Introduction: These Terms of Business outline the services provided by More Homes Group (“the
Company”) to landlords who wish to let their properties. By engaging our services, you
agree to the terms set out in this document. More Homes Group is a registered member of
the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and
Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), ensuring compliance with UK property letting standards
and data protection laws.
2. Our Services: We offer tailored letting services to landlords across the UK, designed to make the rental
process simple, efficient, and secure. Our core services include marketing and advertising
properties, sourcing and referencing tenants, arranging viewings, preparing tenancy
documentation, coordinating move-in arrangements, and providing support throughout the
letting process.
3. Fees and Payment: More Homes Group charges the landlord a fee equivalent to two (2) weeks of rent for
securing a suitable tenant. This fee is payable by the landlord only — there are no charges
for tenants. All tenant-related services, including viewings, referencing, and documentation,
are completely free of cost to tenants. The Company does not handle rent collection, holding
deposits, or security deposits on behalf of either party. Payment is due upon the successful
confirmation of a tenant and signing of the tenancy agreement.
4. Landlord Responsibilities: The landlord must provide accurate property details, ensure the property complies with all
legal requirements, hold valid safety certificates, and maintain the property in a suitable
condition for tenants.
5. Tenancy Documentation: All tenancy agreements and documentation are prepared in accordance with current UK
letting laws. The landlord will be provided with a complete copy of all signed documents
once the tenancy has been confirmed.
6. Compliance and Data Protection: More Homes Group strictly adheres to UK regulations and data protection requirements.
We are registered with PRS, ICO, and TDS. All client information is handled securely and
confidentially, and only relevant information is shared with landlords for tenancy purposes.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time prior to securing a tenant. Once a
tenant has been secured and the tenancy agreement signed, the fee will be considered
earned and non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability :Homes Group acts solely as an introducer between landlords and tenants. The
Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from the actions or
negligence of either party after the tenancy begins.
9. Governing Law: These Terms of Business are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.
